Daniel Dias, Software Engineer based in São Paulo, Brazil.

I've been building websites since I was 16, a continuous learning experience, working alongside talented people and refining my craft.

I specialize in backend systems and cloud-native technologies but am comfortable contributing to frontend tasks. My approach is non-orthodox, navigating in diverse ecosystems—from Ruby and Python to Lua and Go. I've experience leading and mentoring small, agile development teams.

At Jurema, as co-founder, I played a key role in shipping solid web apps, driving collaboration between product, design, and dev teams and managing engineering hiring. Currently, I'm a full-stack engineer at Meu Corre, a financial app for delivery workers. Previously, I developed Entrega Fácil, a Rails-based food delivery platform supporting small businesses during COVID-19. Before that, at Nesta, I collaborated with UX designers to prototype new products and automated daily dev workflows through pipelines.

Open to discussing new opportunities and collaborations.
